A $10 booking deposit is required to reserve your ride. Customers must book at least 2 hours before pickup time. Remaining balance is due before pickup. Final balance may vary for wait time, route changes, or after-hours service. Customers may cancel within 15 minutes of booking for a full refund. To cancel or reschedule, contact C&A Quality Solutions immediately at 410-878-5949 or james@caqualitysolutions.com. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–8 business days. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup forfeit the booking deposit.
